- Free "WiFi" on all flights.
- Offer a meal on any flight over 2 hours.
- Less seats, more room.
- Actually start checking bags to make sure they will fit in the overhead bins, before passengers board the plane.
- TV for "Free" on all flights.
- Leave and arrive when you say you will. If other transportation industries can do it so can you. Yes we understand there will be exceptions, but the exceptions shouldn't be the standard.
- Get rid of First Class and make a kids section instead.
- Have Air Marshals on domestic flights as well as International flights.
- Baggage - You should be allowed (2) free of charge bags with each ticket you purchase. After your 2nd bag then you should be charged.
- More direct flights to further away destinations. That way the passengers don't have to change planes as often. Plus it also cuts down on actual travel time.
