  5. Fielding patients service issues and complaints.
  6. Spreading a hospital cafeteria menu for the day.
  7. Growing community awareness to the hospital and its services.
  8. "Free" positive publicity for the hospital.
  9. Spreading any specials or deals the hospital might be offering.
  10. Allowing physicians to connect quicker with patients.
