- Get up an hour or thirty minutes earlier each morning.
- Pack your lunch. So you have time to work out on your lunch break.
- Leave work 30 minutes early 3 to 4 times a week to workout.
- Hire a sitter if you have to so that you can go workout. (If you have kids).
- Cut out one meal a day and workout instead.
- Re-work your priority list each day so you can include your workout.
- Do small portions of your workout through out the day as you have time. (Example: 25 pushups now, 25 pushups after your next conference call is over.)
- Hire a personal trainer.
- Get an expensive gym membership. Nobody likes to waste their hard earned money.
- Make it the first thing you do as soon as you get up in the morning.
