Today's Topic is "How to Manage Better".

  1. Actively Listen.
  2. Set Boundaries.
  3. Learn to say "No".
  4. Set "Team" goals.
  5. Build a team atmosphere.
  6. Commit to solutions. Don't continue to be part of the problem.
  7. Do what you say you're going to do.
  8. Stand up for your people.  There is no "I" in team.
  9. Encourage creative solutions to problems from your team.
  10. Learn from mistakes as a team and make adjustments to lessons learned quickly.
  11. (Bonus Idea) Cross training of positions for everyone on the team. To include the leader of the team.
