I read this quote a little while ago and it's had a slow but always present impact on me.
"When the world around you is in a state of Chaos, your mind should be silent. But when the world around you is in a state of Silence, then your mind should be chaotic."
What this quote means to me is:
When things are outside of your control and chaotic then that is the time we need to silence our minds and be calm. It's at those times that you should allow your daily training to take over and to take action.
But when things outside of you are silent or at a lull, then those are the times you should be thinking of new things and experimenting with your ideas and pushing yourself.
Both states require Action, it's just action in different ways and to different degrees.
What you do today will change your life tomorrow.
What does this quote mean to you?
