How many of you have heard of the K.I.S.S. method?  In case you don't know here is what the acronym stands for:

K - Keep

I - It

S - Simple

S - Stupid

When I was in the military this was a common every day term.  When things got complex or stressed we would always go back to the K.I.S.S. method.

One way this method could be used in your life right now today is if you have a very complex problem or something that you think is just to big for you to accomplish sit down and break this problem or goal down into smaller more manageable tasks.

If you find that your smaller tasks are still too hard to accomplish then break those tasks down even further.

Break the tasks down until they are something you can do everyday.

Once you can do something everyday (even if it's only something little) you will start to be able to see how a little something you do each and everyday is working towards you overall goals and problem resolution.

If you need help with motivation or good habit forming this is a great method to help you achieve a desired outcome.
