Today's Thought is "How to be a better Leader".
- Actively Listen. Listening is a fully engaged action, it's not something you can multi-task your way through.
- Take Ownership.
- Stop blaming others.
- Delegate with Accountability.
- The buck has to stop with you.
- Share your Vision.
- Communicate, Communicate, Communicate. I can't say this enough.
- Lead, or get out of the way. Plain and simple.
- Do what you say you're going to do. Period.
- Take Action!! Talk is cheap. Action will always speak louder than any words you might ever say.
