Ora Pro Pacem, Para Bellum Sed

As I continue to hear of all the things going on in the USA right now I've had some time to reflect and think about some things...

That's what I want to talk with you guys about today.
As I continue to hear about the BLM movement, Antifa, CHAZ, CHAD (whatever it's being called this week.), violent protests, people being attacked in their cars, and homes, businesses being burnt to the ground, and the list just keeps going on and on.

It reminds me of a saying we had in the military:

Ora Pro Pacem, Para Bellum Sed
(Pray For Peace, But Prepare For War)

Seven words... Seven simple words but there is a lot of meaning packed into those words.

I  know a lot of you reading this right now are thinking to yourself right... Great, here we go, another veteran let off his chain, another psycho who is looking for a fight.

You know what...

For those of you thinking that (or if you are a member of the BLM, Antifa, CHAZ, a violent protester, or the list just seems to keep going on nowadays...)  This post probably isn't for you so you should stop reading it right now and go spend your time doing something else. Hopefully something constructive, but I guess the word "Constructive" is also open for interpretation nowadays.

If you're still here let's continue.

I think deep down all of us want "Peace" in our lives, in our community, in our country, and in our world. I think most people would say they want that.

The problem is there are people in this world who don't want that and they are willing to do anything (and Yes, I do mean anything) to take that peace away.

So you have two choices...

You can either let them take your peace away and accept whatever they make you do from that point forward.

Or, you can fight for your peace.

It's really that simple.

So each of us has a choice to make.

You might think... Aww, this will never happen to me, or this will never come my way.

And for those of you who think that way I will add you to my prayers and I hope and pray you are right.

But the reality of the situation is that really it's not "If" this comes your way it's more like "When" it comes your way.

How long do you think it is before the protesters come to your neighborhood and start burning houses down?

How long do you think it is before the protesters come to your town and start burning businesses to the ground?

How long do you think it is before a protestor pulls you out of your car and starts beating you?

With the police being defunded across the country who is going to come when you call 911 to save you? or your family?

That's right... No one.

So what is an alternative to letting that happen to you?

Prepare For War

Yeah, it's not pretty to hear and it's not pretty to do but when peace is no longer an option the only option you have left is to fight to get your peace back unless you just plan to roll over and take whatever they give you.

The times we are entering now my friends aren't for the faint of heart.

There are some very tough times ahead and it's going to take some very tough people to stand up and fight to bring back the peace that most of this country knows and loves.

Are you that person who is going to stand up and fight when the time comes?

Are you that person that is going to fight when the fight comes to your doorstep?

Are you the person who is willing to stand their ground even when it's not popular to do so?

If this is you, then my guidance to you is to Prepare For War because it's coming my friends, one way or another, and I don't know about you, but I would rather be prepared then caught off guard.

Being caught off guard is a sure way to be conquered, at least if you are prepared then you stand a fighting chance.

I pray for each of you that you won't be caught off guard during these very volatile times.

Instead...

Why don't you do like the seven words above say and see how it could change your life.

Leave me a comment below and let me know which one you want to do.

*Are you going to pray for peace and hope nothing happens to you or your family?

*Or, are you preparing for war and getting ready to fight if needed?
